The best (almost private) dining in Piedmont. Filippo is a super talented chef. The salad was like a journey thru various flavours, finding all the different ingredients, but well coordinated and bound together with a secret sauce. Super tender rabbit, grilled on a spit. And the best Panna Cotta ever ... such a common dish made to perfection.

Moleto actually looks like a ghost town, but there is this wonderful restaurant Cave di Moleto, and a bar with live music is also nearby at the end of the street. You have a great view over the surrounding hills, there are tufa caves around the area, the material used to build the houses and castles in Monferrat. A spacious place in the court invites to a romantic dinner.
